Job Description At Phexum, we provide custom AI solutions, scenario designs, and use-case implementations for our clients using Orbi, our proprietary AI orchestration platform (https://orbiwork.space). We are seeking an AI Solutions Consultant to deploy our Orbi platform at client sites, working directly with clients to build tailored AI workflows and configure AI agents. This role primarily involves working on-site at client locations and requires travel flexibility (including out-of-town stays) based on project needs. General Requirements & Qualifications: - Field & Travel Flexibility: No restrictions on local/out-of-town travel or multi-day stays at client locations for project assignments. - Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and active driving experience (Nice to have). - AI & LLM Proficiency: Advanced user-level proficiency with modern AI tools; strong knowledge of current LLM (Large Language Model) developments and trends. - Agent & Workflow Design: Proven capability in building AI agents, designing logical workflows, and architecting process automations. - Project Management & Computer Literacy: Solid understanding of Project Management principles combined with advanced computer literacy skills.

  • Design and implement client-specific use cases and operational workflows using Phexum’s AI orchestration platform, Orbi.
  • Work actively on-site at client locations to configure custom AI agents and automation flows.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule, applying core Project Management practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Act as a technical advisor to client teams, guiding them on how to maximize the value of implemented AI solutions.
  • Continuously integrate up-to-date LLM techniques and AI tools into projects to drive business process efficiency.
  • Represent Phexum during local or out-of-town integration projects, managing deployment processes end-to-end.
